Samvridhi provides B2B growth acceleration services, including but not limited to Web Application Development, ERP/CRM Customizations, Corporate Video Production, 2D Animations, Executive Coaching & Corporate Training, and Digital Lead Generation assets.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you create an account on our Client Portal or interact with our web applications, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify Samvridhi immediately of any unauthorized account access.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, proprietary frameworks, designs, text, graphics, logos, video media, and source code on this platform are owned by or licensed to Samvridhi Shighra Pvt. Ltd. Client deliverables shall be transferred according to explicit contractual agreements executed between Samvridhi and the client.
5. Payment & Billing
Fees for custom software, video production, or training programs will be billed according to agreed milestone proposals or invoices. Payments made via integrated payment gateways (such as CCAvenue) are subject to gateway terms and billing confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samvridhi Shighra Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our client portal or services without prior notice if a user or client breaches these Terms of Service or engages in unlawful activities.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
